If you no longer wish to use your Naar account, we make it easy for you to delete it directly from within the app. This guide will walk you through each step with clear screenshots so you know exactly what to expect.

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted:

• You’ll lose access to your profile, posts, and videos.

• Drafts and unsaved content will be removed.

• You won’t be able to retrieve messages or order history.

• You won’t receive refunds for completed purchases.

Step-by-Step Guide to Delete Your Naar Account

Step 1: Open the Naar app and go to your Profile

Tap on the “Profile” icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2: Open the Menu

On your profile page, tap the three-line (☰) menu icon in the top left corner.

Step 3: Tap on Settings

In the menu, under the "Account" section, tap “Settings”.

Step 4: Select “Delete Account”

In the Settings screen, tap on “Delete Account.”

Step 5: Review the Account Deletion Notice

You will see a confirmation screen outlining what happens when you delete your account.

To proceed:

• Check the box confirming you’ve reviewed your data request.

• Then tap “Delete Account.”

Step 6: Confirm Final Deletion

You’ll see one last confirmation popup. Tap “Delete” to finalize.

What Happens After Deletion?

• Your account and all linked data (videos, store, profile) will be permanently deleted.

• Information not stored on Naar servers (e.g., drafts) is also removed.

• Messages you’ve sent may still be visible to others, but your profile will no longer be active.
