Automatic Information: We automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of Naar’s Services, including information about your interaction with content and services available through Naar’s Services. a) Seller’s Transaction Data: Seller’s business details (GSTIN, Bank Account information for payouts), business address;

c) Tracking Information such as, but not limited to the IP address of your device and Device ID when connected to the Internet. [This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Website or not), your computer browser information, and other information associated with your interaction with the Site;
d) Payment Gateways of third party including details of billing, Debit and Credit Card details; (NAAR does not store credit/ debit card numbers, UPI handles, CVV of the user, these are handled by Razorpay directly).
e) Details of Website/App usage for analytics; This privacy policy also applies to data we collect from users who are not registered as members of this site, including, but not limited to, browsing behaviour, pages viewed etc.
We also collect and store personal information provided by you from time to time on the Site. We only collect and use such information from you that we consider necessary for achieving a seamless, efficient and safe experience, customized to your needs including:
1. To enable the provision of services opted for by you;
2. To communicate necessary account and service related information from time to time;
3. To allow you to receive quality customer care services;

We collect and store your search details on the Website, including your search history, the usage of the website and the features and time you have used the website for. Further, you may from time to time choose to provide payment related financial information while making any purchases through the application/ website (credit card, debit card, bank account details, billing address etc.) on the Site. We are committed to keeping all such sensitive data/information safe at all times and ensure that such data/information is only transacted over secure Site of approved payment gateways which are digitally encrypted, and provide the highest possible degree of care available under the technology presently in use. We shall collect and store all such information in our internal Company servers for a finite period time, as long as you are a User of the Website, and shall immediately delete all such information upon expiry of your Subscription/ Membership/ Usership.
We shall also delete all aforementioned communication upon withdrawal of Subscription/ Membership/ Usership of any single Party to the communication. The Company will not use your financial information for any purpose other than to complete a transaction with you. To the extent possible, we provide you the option of not divulging any specific information that you wish for us not to collect, store or use. The App receives the inputs or interest from the user i.e. you and based on the interests and inputs provided by the user (you) the application shall make series of suggestion that might interest you, by which the maximum utilisation of application can be achieved. The mobile application shall only, based on the preferences, search, likes and comments displays contents to you. The preferences and likes made by the user alone shall create a personalised algorithm that our application shall run, read and deduct from you, the created algorithm shall be stored in a secured database which will be used as a reference framework in future research of the company. This information will be retained by us and it will not be shared to any third parties for any purpose.

Further, Your personal data and Sensitive Personal data may be collected and stored by us for internal record. a) To/ For display of short-form video content, social interaction, purchase and delivery of products, services, current trend etc. To empower the user to discover and buy unique, artisanal and trending products directly from seller through engaging content like videos and photos. We use your personal information to bring and bribe the gap between the viewers, potential sellers and buyers and to take and fulfill orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, promotional offers etc.
b) To provide, troubleshoot, and improve Naar’s Services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of the Naar’s Services.
c) To recommend and personalize the content for you, we use your personal information to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with Naar’s Services.
d) We use your voice, image and camera services, we use your voice input, images, videos, and other personal information to respond to your requests, provide the requested service to you, and improve our services.
e) For advertising we use your personal information to display interest- based ads for features, products, and services that might be of interest to you. We do not use information that personally identifies you to display interest-based ads.
f) To/ For fraud prevention and credit risks we use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, Naar, and others. We may also use scoring methods to assess and manage credit risks.

If the same is not identified to you, you have the right to request the Company to elucidate the purpose of collection of said personal information, pending fulfilment of which you shall not be mandated to disclose any information whatsoever.

COOKIES
Since Naar is a mobile application, the traditional browser cookies are not used. However, similar tracking mechanisms (SDKs) are employed, such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics for mobile, to understand user behavior and improve app performance. Ads are not active in the MVP, but future versions may include ads for monetization. Any data collected via analytics will be anonymized.
DOES NAAR SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. We share customers’ personal information only as described below and with Naar.com, Inc. and subsidiaries that Naar.com, Inc. controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice. The mobile application shall only, based on the preferences, search, likes and comments displays contents to you. The preferences and likes made by the user alone shall create a personalised algorithm that our application shall run, read and deduct from you, the created algorithm shall be stored in a secured database which will be used as a reference framework in future research of the company.
